Social and Community Participation
Living a full life is about getting out and about, meeting people, and trying new things. We support you in taking part in the community whether that be signing up for an art class, shopping, bowling, volunteer work or any other activities you may wish to partake in.
Our Process includes:
- Initial discussion with you and your family to explore the options you would like to choose to do.
- We then match you with support workers who will deliver the experience you’re looking for.
- We will provide you a plan of your chosen activities and appointments on a weekly basis so you will be well informed of your daily activities.
- Constant feedback will be sought to monitor the success of chosen activities and compatibility of your support workers.
